Liasing with the Area Sales Manager to have a smooth operation flow. - Work closely with Captivate Trainer on the execution on Wyeth Product Advisor by providing them with the approved training materials, right attitude, up-to-date Sales Kit, right message to convey to consumers for a smooth execution. - Work closely with DKSH Sales Team ensuring all promotion activities and displays setup executed within the given time and sufficient manpower. Planning, Organizing, Facilitate and Execution of roadshow by working closely with the Event Company. One of the successful roadshow is the Kungfu Panda Roadshow in Sunway & Malacca. Upin & Ipin Carnival at Ipoh & Malacca.- In charge of servicing modern trade chain outlets around Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur. Chains included are Tesco, Giant, Carrefour, Mercato and Cold Storage. - Successfully obtain free extra secondary displays to feature products constantly to increase outlet sales. - Promote more cross merchandising for companyu2019s products in other categories example. Toilet bowl cleaner at toilet tissue area, laundry aid at detergent aisle etc. - Increasing current product % share of space in store and enforcing companyu2019s placement guidelines. Example increasing Shieldtoxu2019s home bay from 1 to 3 bays. - Successfully acquire home shelf for all pack sizes of Dettol Antiseptic Liquid. (Giant Kelana Jaya) - Liaise with outlet buyers to ensure no out of stocks and all stocks ordered are placed out on the selling floor. - Constantly motivate & train Merchandisers to ensure consistent replenishment of stocks and to assist in products 4p tracking.- Solely responsible for updating and maintaining the monthly data provided in various formats by the distributors in the In-Market System (IMS) for traditional trade. - Creating a stock balance template and provide training to all Distributors and Salesman as a monthly tracking tool. - Providing a solution to Finance with a Standard template by compiling all various data file received from Distributors. - Successfully fine tune Distributor system to generate detailed data needed for analysis. - Compiling the monthly Key Performance Indicator report for management & sales team. - Key liaising person between the HQ and field sales team. - Liase with All Region Salesman to get update in daily activites and sellout figure from Distributor on a daily basis via sms. - Roll out standard format from time to time for Salesman to use as a tracking tool.- Improve the Company IT infrastructure by replacing old hardware to new hardware within the given budget. - Implementation of remote access notebook for Directors / Architects / Managers to work out of office. - Prevent virus intrusion with up-to-date software / patch and constant monitoring of computer activities. - Development plan of upgrading hardware and migration of software was achieved within 8 months. - Successfully convert Ipoh office from manual hands-on to use computers with the latest hardware and software.- Liase with supplier of all kinds of building materials on costing, new launches, samples, - Understand existing and new products in the market in order to be specify into building plans, specification for Quantity Surveyor to do costing. - Giving information / advice to internal Architects and End-User and the strength and weakness of products.
